I tried to look for it in online dictionnaries but I couldn't find it anywhere. I heard it from a friend who needs to type up the meeting report and she had no idea what people were talking about. All she figured out was the term is something about investment, finance or accounting... Plus her English was not very good so, she didn't dare ask by herself. -_-'

Please help clarify this. Thanks!

My friend heard it from Execcutive meeting and this company had nothing to do with the internet or payment of that kind...

I think it's more of an financial or investment term...Deterioration of investment or something..

But thanks everyone who have answered so far. It made me also wanna check on iMpayment as well.

I never heard of the term impayment.I don't think there is such a term, or if there is, it must just be recently coined.
