Well in the range game the advantage would go to the Punisher since Brock Sampson refuses to use a gun. When the battle is up close and personal it'll be Brock because of his berzerker fighting style. The battle will be a match of who can out stalk whom. Since the Punisher has more experiance from his many nights stalking the underworld of new York City waiting for the right moment to strike the Punisher would probably be able to take down Brock Sampson.
