Borat is better than Gallagher, and that's not saying much. Borat is the love child of Andy Kaufman's Latka and Yakoff Smirnoff! A foriegner who runs around trying to be funny because of the language barrier! Ohhhhhh...original. And now there's a guy claiming he's the real Borat after he found the movie made 26 million!
