Okay, so yesterday Dragon asked about brain food. Dragon has now heard that carrots are good for your eyes.
What?!?!!?
How do your eyes eet? When you put a carrot in your eye, it hurts! And it can blind you. So how are carrots good for your eyes?
Dragon knows you will tell her that she has to eet the carrots, but when you eet things, they go into your stomach, so how does that affect your eyes?

Your stomach absorbs the good stuff from the carrot, and takes it to your eyes, and the rest comes out your bottom.

Poor Dragon. So confused. Cat will tell you: Eet carrot, vitamins from carrot make eyes work better. Takes lots of carrots. though.
Cat prefers supplements...carrots have high glycemic index and make Cat's diabetes go weird.

Hahahaha From what I hear you are supossed to eat them with your teeth, and then swallow. It helps your eyes by, well you're eating so you won't die.
