Would a camshaft from a Punto HGT/HGT Abarth fit in a 1.2 Sporting and if so would it make it faster?

you can fix a camshaft from one engine to another unless they share the same cylinder block and/or better still, the same cylinder head. Camshafts are manufactured as an integral unit with all the cams located at the appropriate pitch for the valves of each cylinder.
