Many years ago, when I was still at home, (about 35 years ago) my Mother made a delicious cheesecake, from a recipe on a can of cherry pie filling. It was called Cherry-O Cream Cheese Pie. It was the most delicious cheesecake, topped with cherry pie filling. Since then, my Family has always enjoyed any variety of cheesecake at the Holidays. And to this day, my own 5 children and their children make some version or another of cheesecake to bring to our Family's Holiday feasts!
