Start a conversation ith her, or when your talking on the phone make plans to go out. This way she will think of you as more as a friend and then talk to you more in school.

Come right out and tell her how you feel about her. Most girls don't like to be pulled around they like the guy to come right out and make a move. Approach her at school and tell her how you feel. You'll never know her true feelings until you do.

beinng on the phone is so much different than being face to face at school.. She might be shy... Next time you talk on the phone tell her you want to talk at school
