what is THE number one problem that needs fixing?

I say healthcare.....there are a number of issues, but this one affects every american everyday.

I think the biggest issue is poverty. It also affects everyone everyday. A lot of the healthcare problems are because of it. People who are not poor are paying for the people who are.
