What are your thoughts on this. I am a pro choice individual ( don;t read pro abortion ) and am just curious as to opinions on the specific issue of the ban being overturned.

Good. It was a horrible idea to have it in the first place, and kudos to all the women and men that fought so hard to get it overturned. I have a feeling if it would have allowed it with cases of rape, incest, and the mother's life in danger, it wouldn't have been overturned, but that is the extreme right's fault for assuming everyone is as radical as them. So it is a great day!

South Dakota is a very conservative state. I think the thing that people always keep in mind is the helplessness of an individual who is a victim of rape or incest, and I think that is why it didn't pass.
Also, I think we walk a very thin line when deciding when life begins. We could get back to the days when it was considered bad to ejaculate or menstruate without the goal or procreating.

Im Pro Choice so I'm happy with it. Now if only everyone can agree on letting gays get married.
