I know this much, most of what we have been taught (history)....is more partially false than true.

There is a twist to an old saying that I heard once.
"The only truth exists in knowing there is no truth."
What is true for one person may not be so for another. We all make choices and form opinion based on our experiences and perspectives. A single action can appear to be very different from contrasting angles. Each side saw a different thing, they each have a seperate 'truth' as their perspective.
Directly I am a sceptic. I think very little of what I know is absolutely true. But I question everything and am open to hearing all sides. It is the only way I can attempt to judge my version of 'truth'.

Well, all of it, really. If I "know" something then I assume it's true, otherwise I wouldn't say that I know, I would say that I "think" or I "believe" it. For instance I "know" that the earth is round, that the sun will rise & set, that yellow & blue make green, 1+1=2, etc. Anything that isn't concrete, proven fact is merely conjecture or opinion, not knowledge.

My estimate would be 75% Now, I would like to think that all of what I know is true, otherwise why would I store this information in my brain cells. However, every day I run into something that "corrects" what I used to think to be true.
My brain is full of outdated information like "Joe is dating Mary" while in reality they broke up 2 weeks ago. I think we should take that into account somehow.

I routinely separate all information into two categories:
1. What I know to be true; and
2. Everything else.
The amount that is in the first category is extraordinarily small. I would estimate this to be one in a million. However, this one in a million drives my whole thought process in evaluating the other 999,999.

I'll admit I don't 'know' much , so I'd say at least 50% . I think this is a high percentage , considering the truth , by perception , changes constantly .

I AM sure everyone here are more Enlightened that Gautama Buddha but he said..."that everything you perceived through your 6 senses are nothing but your own concepts of what 'IS'!"
Unless you are Englighten you simply can not experience TRUTH!
This is why Humanity is immersed in illusion and/or delusion!

Truth is subjective when it comes to human observation. Belief creates reality. So, from my subjective point of view, what i believe is the truth is in reality true.

Working from definition:
Knowledge == Justified True belief.
Thus ALL my knowledge is true. And if some of my beliefs are not true -- they are NOT knowledge.

only what i see with my own eyes.. then that's my truth which in turn is called perception.
of course then you said think that is true not know that is.. again perception.
thinking per individual what they believe is truth depends.
though i'm a cynical little f'er.... i don't have enough faith to believe in truth.
