basically good environment is necessary to become good individual. if both the parents are educated without major vices there is a possibility that children will also grow in good environment. parents should not quarrel before children for the reason children take cue or guidelines from parents. upto 10 years the child is to be brought up in care. from 10 to 16 years he must be treated as slave and during this period he /she has to learn how to work. after sixteen years of age the parents should be like friends. they have to respect the ideas of the grown up boy/girl. if they commit any mistakes it is better to point out smoothly the right way. raising the voice beyond certain limits, shouting on children will give negative impression about parents. this should be avoided. as far as possible the financial position should be discussed with the children and they should also join infamily budget and decision making. this gives an idea in the young minds that they are also recognised. if the father smokes and ask the child not to so means it is a futile exercise. the parents should be a "ROLE MODELS" to their children. certain amount of freedom and at the same time discipline is necessary for childre. the parents are the best guides to their childre. they should not point out the small mistakes of children but patiently explain the children what to do and what not to do. so the parents are the guides, friends and philosophers to their children. care and concern for genuine problems of children gives positive attitude towards parents. attitude is nothing but state of mind. all these factors contribute forthe development of an individual .good health is also a wealth. healthy person with positive attitude will achieve any thing. nothing succedes success like success. but it requires determination .problems are to be surmounted with courage. these factors helps for the total and proper development of an individual.
