Oh joy. Bliss. Instant soothing. Totally cleared the eczema on my hand. I haven't had an attack there since I started using it 8 years ago. AND it smells nice.

When I was in school, one of my art teachers used to keep an Aloe Vera plant in the room, in case anyone burnt them selves on the hot wax when making Batik.

It works quiet well as soothing the pain from a burn

I rate it at 11 out of 10 it's excellent for burns and in the treatment of chronic constipation and atonic dyspepsia.
It is not recommended in cases of degeneration of the liver or gall bladder, during pregnancy or menstruation, or for piles.
I would recommend growing the plant and getting the natural juice, you don't know how much Aloe is in the creams you buy.
It grows so easily and it's so good to have it on hand.

It's great as a soothing gel on sunburns and for keeping cuts and scraps mostuirzed so they can heal.

In Taiwan they even put it in drinks (though it tastes revolting to me and I don't see the benefits of drinking it, to each his own I guess!)

It's very good. My dad eats the inside of the plant for his heartburn and he has no more. I used to use it for my acne and now I have no more. The only bad side is that it hecka stinks!
