Not a college,but, this culinary institute is located in New York City (Manhattan). The Institute of Culinary Education.

Try www.ny.com then put in cornellnyuniv. Or Ithaca . These are close to albany. Cornell is the greatest!!!!!!!!!!! You can also go to their websites and ask them almost anything. Good Luck.
