If it is a service with supervisors then I would say its a good way for the teens to make money and an excellent way to see the stupidity of drunkards.

I have no problem with it. Plus it teaches the kids not to drink and drive. I was never a drinker, so my friends used to all pick up my food tab and stuff when I would drive them to bars.
