Just the thought of getting to pay more taxes puts a grin across my face!

yes the idea of my investments and stocks falling, my taxes going up and unemployment getting worst and the Big Macs going up in price just thrills me to death

But this is the problem, people don't get it, it is not the people making 100,000 or 200,000, the tax cuts for business made jobs for people, it has brought more tax revenues in that ever before in the history of the US. The democrats will be raising taxes on the middle class to pay for its programs.

This is why they won, normal everyday people have merley believed lies and adds and did not actually research anything

Yes I am very excited. maybe are tax money will go to help the less fortunate children in this country rather than to kill chiidren in other countries.If you're that worried about paying taxes, you must be very wealthy, therefore you can afford to do what Jesus would do and share! If you are not wealthy, then you will get a tax refund at the end of the year.

Hopefully this will force issues that the republicans have been trying to stuff under the rug out in the open. I have been unimpressed with the republican face over the past few years and look forward to a change. Hoping that in the next two years they can give Bush serious heartburn will give me great joy.

You give them too much credit. They will not repeal Bush's tax cuts that don't expire until 2010. They're not going to take that kind of risk before 2008. You think? I think they'll be busy interviewing Halliburton employees.

Shuga, maybe you should read a history book before you spew your bleeding heart rants. The Dems brought us increasd death and despair in Vietnam, and will do the same in Iraq if they can get away with it. Sticking your head in the sand will never stop terrorists from attacking Americans. It didn't stop them when Clinton was President and we suffered attack after attack, all leading up to 9/11.

Americans are being killed by people who hate us because of who we are. If we weren't fighting them there, we'd be fighting them here...

Everyone claiming it only affects those making over 100, 200, or 300K need to read the actual legislation. The tax cuts sent money back to people making much less than those numbers. I make less than 50K and even I got a small additional tax break.

You Dems can't even decide amongst yourself where to draw the line. The Dim congressmen made it clear they want to repeal all of them, not just those for whatever your imaginary "rich" number is.

It doesn't matter who wins, the mess that we have now, only MOSES can deliver us from this s*!!#! now. I would not be worrying about taxes now because you are going to have to pay them anyway just like me. You need to worry about the enemy within the boarders of our country because THEY know that we worry about things like taxes, which makes it easier for them to distroy our country.

I'm on Social Security and not rich. Oh hell I'm happy.

Well, if you're rich, you SHOULD pay. But I doubt you are. And an alleged PhD should be smart enough to know that Bush can veto anything a Democratic Congress does, and they won't have enough votes to override it. So what are you squawking about??
