Consequently I gave up salt three months ago. I have been eating saltless food, drinking 5 liters water per day, eating sprouts as breakfast and drinking a glass of vegetable juice. Ever since I started doing it, I could find good changes in my health.

Further, I reduced my weight from 76 kgs to 69 kgs within 15 to 20 days. I am able to go for brisk walking for a hour without any tiresomeness."

Back pain is commonly an inflammation but it is also a sign of weak muscles.Do back strengthening exercises and lose weight if you are overweight because a big belly pulls down on the back muscles. You want natural anti-inflammatories. Fish oil at least 3 grams per day, also the same Lavender can be put into a bath. 12 drops first mixed with a small amount of a light vegetable oil but ( NOT cooking oil) then stir the mixture around the tub water and sit and soak.You can find many natural pain killers on the web.
