how do I change the time on my F150 clock?

I don't know what year your truck is .. but I can give you some ideas..
Is the clock in the radio ? Is there a 'menu' button ?

Or is there just a button that says 'clock' ...if so press it & use 'seek up' or 'seek down' to change hours & mins.

If neither of these suggestions work for your particular clock/radio ..look in your owners manual
