if you forget to take a Birth Control pill, always take it when you remember that you didnt take it. So if you would take it today then take your normal one tonight it will not mess up your system. Just remember to always take the PILL!!!!!!!

I do not know what kind of birth control pill u are on but mine according to the leaflet which is inside the box says that when a pill is forgotten it must be taken within 12 hours. If 12 hours pass and the pill is not taken then the pill is ignored and u go on to the next one, the next day. But if u are about to have sex tonight, it would be wiser to use condom as the protection given by the pill is not reliable right now.
P.S. Before u do anything u should find a box if u have and read the leaflet with the instructions inside and check what u should do in this situation.

Yes, it's fine... just take the one u forgot now and then take one tonight just like normal. I do it all the time. Don't freak out about it, that's what my dr. told me to do when u forget one, just take it when u remember then just continue just like normal.

yea my girlfriend did that....and someone told her to take the one she missed in the morning and take the other one at your scheduled time
