I would say none. Most of the best hotels in Delhi, especially the area u r looking near are expensive. I believe price starts from Rs.8000

Please for god's sake dont flow to Karo Bagh. that is the most commercial, and grimy area. flow to Defence colony, that is impressive for Ex-pats, and 20 minutes force from the U. S. embassy. you may want to get a valuable deepest concentrated visitor residing house room for Rs. 1500- 2000 in step with nighttime. Lot of multicuisine eating places for foreigners.
