Confuse .. Do not worry..... Let me make ur confusion very clear..
MBA or MCA are both professional master degree in india. But if u consider in international level it is graduation.
Doing MBA will leads to Management ... While MCA it is purely Application development in IT. The choice depends on ur decision.... If u do MCA job and carrier prospect is good. MBA u need to struggle a bit, since job is limited in industry and lot of competation... Carrier wise it is excellent but depends on which institute u do the mba. viz., IIM IIPM .. etc....

Well, in your case the options are open.
1. If you are interested in Programming go for MCA
2. If you are interested in Management then go for MBA.
Kindly Note: One thing is important here, my friend!
1. If you are interested in programming, then my suggestion is better you can join a software company ( small to mid level company will take you, even company's like TCS prefer BCA, BA etc;) as a programmer, then do your MCA in correspondence.
2. If you are interested in Management, then don't do MBA in correspondence because company's are not accepting any MBA's through correspondence. There are 75000 MBA full time passouts every year in India. Why should they take people who have done in correspondence? So, go only for full time.
So, think and act. It is the important stage of your life!

go for MBA with IT specialisation, which will help u to get into IT field and it'll help u to get into a good managerial position in the future.
