Interesting Question... Practicality aside...

The Gavitational Center of the Tunnel would be half way, at which point you would feel weightless...

The two highest Gravity points would be roughly a third of the diameter deep from either end. North or South.

No, a stone would not fall all the way through and off into space... The presumable air Resistence would work to hinder acceleration and slow the stone... It's final resting place would come be determined by the surface area of the stone on which the air friction acts and the weight of the stone...

Generally speaking it should bounce and eventually loose mommentum to friction until it settles at either one of the highest points of gravity...

Well, you have to presume a lot here first. I'm assuming the lining of the hole is some sort of UBER-Plexiglas to hold back the magma and millions of pounds of pressure from the surrounding Earth. That being the case, a stone drop from one side of the Earth would accelerate until it reached the center of the Earth (with calculus you could actually figure out the speed it would be going -- most likely terminal velocity). Then as it comes up the other side it would be decelerating. All other things being equal, the stone would pop out the other side, come to a stop at shoulder-level, and then fall back in. It would oscillate between the planet surfaces. If you made the hole directly along the tilt axis of the planet, it would do this forever -- otherwise I'd guess that the Coriolis Effect would make it hit the wall of the hole eventually. Sounds like a cool ride if you ask me.

The hole will be immediately filled up by Lava from the central hot regions of earth. However theoretically, the stone thrown from the north pole will resume simple oscillatory motion from north pole to south pole and back assuming there is no friction. In the presence of frictional forces due to air etc., the stone's displacement from centre will start reducing with passage of time and it will come to halt at the centre of earth.

People from Mexico would emmigrate through it.

No, seriously, if such a thing were possible the resulting hole would close up almost immediately due to the gravity of the earth.

If, by some miracle, the hole could be kept open, anyone descending into the hole would quickly be cooked (geothermal heating), and any device descending therein would soon be melted, as well.

If, by some other miracle a person or device could survive such a descent that person or machine would see a true representation of the makeup of the earth from crust to inner core and out again. At the exact center of the earth the person/device would be weightless (all the pull of gravity would be away from him/her/it).

Campbel*** got the stone thing right.

This is a classic Q? that is asked many times and again, and again in B.Sc. Mathematics exam by Bombay University.

Without going in to high mathematics, the stone will not come out or vanish in the space. It will oscillate from one end of the hole to the other slowly losing its distance from the centre of the earth and after a long long time will come to the rest at the centre of the earth.

It is highly impossible to dig the hole from north pole to south pole .it is imaginary ,but if we thing of that it can be imagined ,the stone left from north will osillate at the center,it makes to and fro motion.

The stone would come up just to the surface at the south pole, stop briefly, just like any stone that you throw straight up stops briefly, and then fall back to the north pole. In the absence of any friction from the air it would swing back and forth from pole to pole forever. In the presence of air, friction would make it swing less and less so that over time it came to rest at the center of the Earth, where it would float, weightless, in the middle of the hole.

The hell need to rebuilt again.
A big disaster such as earthquake will happen. It brings to an insane Earth because there is a hole. There may be chaos happen every where.

That stone will swing for some time in the hole, and then will be steady at the center.
