Question about the volume on my cell phone...?

I'll have the volume on low but sometimes when someone calls or texts me, it's really loud!! Does anyone know why that is?

I have a Verizon LG too.

There are usually two different ring types. You're call volume and then your Msg Alert Volume

GO to Settings and Tools and then Alert Sounds!

Try that out!

Go into your menu, then settings. You may have 2 different volume settings. One for calls and one for texts.
