Dig through a thrift shop. Find something nice and resell it on craigs list. www.craigslist.org I have found pegperego strollers and some high end baby stuff in thrift shops that I re-sell for a quick buck.
I sold a $8 birtax carseat from a thrift shop that I re-sold for $170. Not a bad profit.

selling or pawning things....that is about the only legal way i can think of!!!!! or if you are crafty, make things and sell them either at a craft show or on ebay!!!!
