There are several programs that are quite good for the purpose. Adobe PageMaker and Microsoft Publisher are the two I learned this summer. Both have their good points. Publisher is rather easier to use, in part because it is Microsoft and most of us know the "look and feel" of Microsoft instructions. Adobe may take a little getting used to, but it's ultimately a more powerful program.

You can probably get free test drives of both programs, and Publisher may have come with your computer if you had Microsoft Office Suite pre-installed.

Here's a link to simple brochure instructions using Word, which most everyone should have:

You'll have to add your own pictures, so choose colorful, computer related ones. If this is an important brochure, like for your business, I would suggest using a professional graphic designer instead of doing it yourself.
