how do you deal with the drama through middle school and high school?

people think i called this girl a prep and a whore and i didn't what should i do about it?

Prep- Not really an insult. Basically a label.
Whore- Okay that's mean.
2)All you have to say is that you didn't call her that. Then you should ignore those people. You have your own friends.
3)By tommorrow everyone will be talking about the next big gossip.

Try to remember that the middle school & high school years are very short & a very small part of your entire life. In a few years none of this will matter to you anymore. You live and socialize in a very small world right now and once you get out into the real world things will be different. Of course, there will always be drama...in the work place, with friends,etc. but you learn to not sweat the small stuff. Ignore what "people " say and walk with confidence around those people. Your true friends know you and you know the truth...that's all that matters.

I'm going to try to address the first question you asked, which is how to deal with middle/high school drama. Whether you're in middle or high school makes a huge difference because they are two different worlds. Middle school is more emotional and high school focues more on the "adult world."

I think the best thing for you to do is not go with what everyone is doing if you know that it's wrong. Middle school especially is when you need to listen to what YOUR instincts are telling you. It's a tough time for a lot of people, because you're trying to figure out stuff like the meaning of life and you're wanting to be more independent and a whole bunch of other stuff, and on top of all that you need to learn something in your classes.

I think you just need to be yourself, even if everyone around you is trying to convince you to be someone else. It's the time in your life when you have to decide whether you define yourself, or you let others define you. If you can convey your personality in the way you want to, and if you can convey your true personality, you'll feel so much better that you did later on, even if it's hard to do it in the midst of everything going on. As for how to be able to stand up to peer pressure, what my all-time favorite social studies teacher has been recently telling me stands true for this situation as well.

Since you said that you didn't call that girl those names, don't even worry about it. What it all boils down to is a bunch of he said/ she said drama. The best thing for you to deal with high school and middle school drama is to mind your own business. Focus on your education and not worry about what the other kids are doing. I hope this helps. U just deal I'm in High School and theres alot of drama right now btw me,my ex bf,and this girl who I thought was my friend. So right now I've got to deal to. It will all pass just remember u will never see these people again after the 4years are up in High School.

well there really is nothing that u can do about it well in middle school there is A LOT of drama but then when you reach high school it cools down... you hang out with who you want and it doesn't really matter anymore 'the cool group' wont seem so cool after all and for drama there is nothing you can really do about it... just let it be but try to stay out of it and don't spread rumors.
