My answer would be Ford Models, Inc. It is a modeling and acting agency founded in 1946 by Eileen and Jerry Ford.

There are many famous fashion models, celebrities and actors represented by Ford such as Naomi Campbell, Adriana Lima, Twiggy & many more...

it all depends on what kind of modeling you want to do, but i'd have to say, overall, ford models is really good.
