I had this dream as a young girl but now I am an adult and my second born was hit by a truck when he was 2yrs old. Does anyone believe that this was a premonition and your dreams do try and tell you something? I would like to know because I have had another weird dream the other night and I want to know if there is some truth to it? Please help.

First of all I'm sorry for your loss. Second of all, it's not that they are "premonitions" so to speak, but they sometimes give us an insight into what our life will be life years down the road, and sometimes they happen and sometimes they don't. Sometimes though it's best not to know what the future will bring, in cases like this one. But anything is possible, remember that.

I believe some dreams are premonitions, others are just dreams. My brother and I have both had dreams come true, the problem is we can't seem to sort out which ones will and which won't come to pass.

sometimes dreams give u advice: meaning that when u think of something too much while u r sleeping ur brain is still working and thinking of it and sometimes u see what ur brain is thinking in images in ur dream (he came up with the solution alone)
usually when u see a dream it is short term, so ur dream as a young girl is only a coincidence;it's only if u had so many dreams that came true that u start considering them as premonition
PS: there r books in the stores and even online explanations for symbols, try them so u won't feel worried anymore

No, i do not think so. Most of the times they are coincidental. However, there are things that can not be explained that I don't rule out depending on your dreams
