No, I am an absolute despicable failure and if you knew me I know you would be lying, the whole world knows how terrible I am, but, on second thoughts many people are jealous of me, so, I must have something great to incur their jealousy. Yes, now I agree with you, I am great, but more, I am fantastic and you would really know this if you really knew me.
Just joking LOL.

Yes, I would. But I would definitely wonder what you saw in me.

No, I know that you do not, although I know that you know that we all have something special within us.

Yes, it does mean more because I know you.

Now, if I told you that you were great, would you believe me?
I know you well, and I know that you have a tendency to downplay the effect you have on others. You inspire, you motivate, and then there are times you wonder what other people see in you.

While complimenting, you dont have to talk gentelly or kind because
any compliment is always welcome, even the ones that are told
in a most clumsy way.
But when it comes to criticising, you have to be very careful.
If you make a single mistake playing the melody of criticism, even if you play a single note wrong, it will all become a disaster.

No I wouldn't believe it from anyone because I know myself more than anyone else does.

But yes, it would be more believable coming from someone who actually knows me.
