I dont wish any sex of the baby. i just hope and pray that it is healthy. Its a gift, cherish it and accept it for what it is. Boy / girl doesnt matter.

I wanted a boy first. And when the baby came out, was a little bit disappointed to see it was a girl, only for a few millisecond. Then I checked her fingers and toes, and they were complete. Then immediately felt guilty for wanting a boy because I know that she would be a wonderful child - she's nearly 2 and she's fab! Great sense of humour, dependable (tidies up her toys and looks after our things), and whenever she hurts herself, she'll put her hands on the affected body part (like what I do with Reiki) and she says, "all gone...".

She has tantrums because that's what toddlers do, but she's great. And I'm really convinced, girls make good kids, most of the time. Or perhaps I'm just partial.

Good luck with yours :)

I really wouldn't mind the sex of the baby. With my first one I found out through my scan the sex of the baby. If I have another one, I wouldn't, because I would leave it as a surprise. As long as the baby is healthy, thats all that matters. Besides, in my husband's family, they are all boys, so I think that answers that one in any case... Besides, I've always been surrounded by boys - I have bros no sisters, my stepkids are boys, and we even have my brother-in-law living with us, so, apart from my mum, I've only ever known boys and seen blue. Pink would be nice, but would definitely need getting used to.

When we found out I was pregnant we both thought that it would be nice to have a boy first, and well, I'm due in 6 weeks with a boy! :) We're really excited! Next we want a girl, but as long as our baby is healthy then that's all we care about.

I would wish for a healthy baby, I wouldn't care what the sex was. However I would like another son to make the count even. But healthy above gender.

Once you find out your pregnant the baby is already one sex or another, so wishing doesnt do anything.

I knew before I was pregnant that I was having a boy, once I found out I was pregnant i just knew it was a boy. We had an ultrasound at 5 months and sure enough, theres a peepee.

You shouldnt wish one way or another. Its not fair to the baby, or yourself.

That is a horrible question!
No matter what sex the baby is... you should wish for HEALTH!
I know numerous Moms who wished for one gender and gave birth to another... and when baby arrived, 'JUST WHAT I WANTED!'
You will be overjoyed with a healthy baby!
oh... there are also couples out there who were wishing and praying for a particular gender, and when baby was born, they didn't even think to ask what gender it was!!!! Now, how beautiful is that... to be overjoyed with the beauty and wonder of a BABY!!!!

I am pregnant with my second. My first was a girl and although i dont mind, what sex this baby is as long as it is healthy. It would be nice to have another girl. Probably cause i have a sister and experience of bringing up girls.
