I would think you need more protein. If you are exercising you need to take in enough calories and liquids, so make sure you have a balanced diet adn are drinking a lot of water. Also maybe you went too far too fast, so try bringing down your exercise routine a little.

Eat healthy too. Nothing can be compared to the wonders of the Aqui Fruit. It's so high in antioxidants, higher than a pomegranite. Eat fruits and vegetables, no red meat. Stay AWAY from the junk food! You'll feel a lot more energy and healthier. Trust me. Try it.

Are u tired because of overwork? if not see a doctor to rule out any medical problem for example anemia. U can try yoga too, yoga meditation has helped me for fatigue, sleepiness and lack of energy but don't forget to see the doctor as well.

I suggest you see a doctor, there could be something going on with your body that needs to be investigated further. You may need some blood work done.

In the mean time... you could try eating a healthy diet, avoid caffeine and smoking, take a multivitamin, and lower your stress level.

Good luck!
