This is all up to you. Is it worth it for you and him if you help him out? You are in a relationship so lets assume it is a positive one. If the shoe were on the other foot, you would want help right? Think of it in terms to that. If he is just a jerk that probably would not help you or care then there is your answer. Do not hold the past against him, he more than likely will thank you for giving him a 2nd chance in society. Keep in mind also that he should do his research with Attorneys 2st because the way I understand the expunged process is that is only in some cases not all.

No it is not your responsibility to pay his fines. He should set his pride aside and get a random job to pay his fines and then he can move on to the job he really wants. Dont let him walk all over you hun, hes a man, he needs to act like it. My husband and I got into some money trouble and he sucked it up and got a second job working at mcdonalds on the weekends. He has no shame, we needed money, he stepped up to the plate.

It's not your job or responsibilty to give him that money. If you want to help him help him get a job- even if it isn't his dream job at least he willbe working and can pay the debts off and then once they are gone then he can get the job. He made the mistakes not you... helping him find any job will be much more of a help.

"Every time I get paid......."? How many of these charges does he have on his record?
A large part of rehabilitation is taking responsibility for ones actions. It appears your boyfriend is not taking responsibility by not getting a job and paying his debts. It is not YOUR responsibility to clean up his messes and in fact, you're enabling his avoidance of taking responsibility every time you take control of the situation and pay it yourself. Time for this man to grow up and take care of his business.
And you're with him why?

Certainly not. Regardless of whether he has a criminal record or not there are plenty of jobs available that he could do prior to having his record sealed.

It is obvious in the way that you ask your question that this is not a close or long-lasting relationship. I would say no, it's not your "job." People in loving relationships do not see doing anything for their partner as a "job."

Between the charges and the joblessness, AND the leaching off you, maybe you should move on.
No it isnt your job
