Mentally, you are not afraid of her. But physically, you are. Your body is doing its fight or flight response. Many EMS (paramedics) will tell you that at a scene of an accident, they will find that the victims have either thrown up all over themselves or have pooped all over their pants. This is the body's natural response to stress. It will empty out its bowels to make the body lighter to flee. And at the same time, produce hormones to get your body ready to fight. Your body gives you two choices, fight or flee. So although you are not afraid of her, your body is. This is natural and cannot be stopped.

Why does she have a vendetta against you? It's hard to really answer you if we don't know why she has a problem with you.

I think to some point you are afraid of her or you wouldn't be having those feelings. She probably also sees that you are trying to avoid her which in turn gives her the power.

I don't think that you should consider yourself better than anybody! She may sense that and people don't like people who think they are better than everybody else.

I'm not sure this would work for you, but believe me it worked for me, an I think even to a certain extent, it also worked for the guy in question, in my case of vendettas. I simply "ran into him" on the street, we had a good fist fight, and that was that. It was all very fair and square -NEVER fight unfairly, it's just not worth the minor advantages- and its not like I hurt him terribly bad or anything, no broken bones or any of that, just a good old-fashioned fight.
I know, violence solves nothing, but it sure is one heck of a palliative sometimes.

Take your pillow pretend it is her, then punch the **** out of it until you are exhausted. Then, from then on ignore her, sound like you are building an abnormal compulsion and blowing this out of proportion, but if you are sure she has a "vendetta" against you, confront her. If it's true let others know so that she will be implicated if something happens to you.

You may be better but it seems she is stronger than you. If she bothers you that much but she doesn't seem fazed by your presence. You should confront her and that will let her know you're not intimidated and it may turn the tables.

I think she is more jealous of you than hates you. Try to not be competitive. Or try to set a good example of not being competitive
