Just dont understand why she needs to make a fuss over small matter. If she cannot help, it's ok. Doesn't mean that if lady boss has told her to help me, she cant help others? She takes 3 hrs to finish simple tasks and yet sounded as if she knows everything! Very fed up with her. Told her it's ok, nevermind if you cant help. Still went ahead to complain to our manager, her good friend!! Two crazy peoples!!

I am thankful for her help & I did thank her but she refused to help the rest of my colleagues just because she had been told that she is only helping me out?? Our manager sided her & told me things that are unreasonable. If it is not her friend, she wont even bother to lift up the phone.. Bias.....

you should have said thank you to your colleague.
do not say "it's ok, nevermind if you cant help" as it hurts someone who is sincerely trying to lend a helping hand.
now, you just have to smile and nod a bit and say thank you to her gently when you see her again.
it is already not easy for a colleague to help me and i realised i must be thankful.
