Go to an attorney. Some attorneys have a free consultation so you don't have to pay. If you have friends you can confide in, maybe they can suggest a good attorney. I wouldn't just pick one out of the phonebook. Try "The American Bar Association".

There are many very good books on the subject in book stores and at the library. You can also go online to find useful information. If you are clear on the questions that you need answers for, you can get a free consultation with a lawyer, but these last only about fifteen minutes, so go prepared with your questions written down.
