If someone can help you measure around just under your breasts. Some of the "official" sizing charts say to add 5" to this. I find that makes the bra way too big.
Whatever the size you measure will likely be your band size.
As for cup, a C cup does get smaller as the band size gets smaller so you may need to increase the cup size if you are reducing the band size.
Going to a 32D sounds like you are going in the right direction but it would be better to do some measurements.
Good Luck!

if your breasts are falling out of the bottom of your bra...then absolutely you are not wearing the right size bra. Instead of spending money to experiment with bra sizes, why not go to a shop such as victorias secret,or an upscale department store and be properly measured for free? or you can do so at home....take a measuring tape, measure around your rib cage right under breasts, add 5 to this number., if it is an odd number such as 33, go up to 34.....then in your best fitting bra that lifts you up and out, measure at the fullest point of your breasts, do not pull tight. take this number and subtract the first number that you added 5 to.....if there is a one inch difference, you are an A cup, if there is a 2 inch difference you are a B cup...and so on.....
now the tricky part is that most bra companies vary just a little bit on how each bra is made, not to mention various styles you see may fit better in a larger or smaller size. Sometimes you will also need to measure, so you have a good idea..then do the trial and error method in the fitting room....some bras may fit well ,, and you may not like the shape. (best to wear a thin t shirt so you can easily see the shape that the bra gives you and if there are lil bumply lines or wrinkles like when you choose a lacy bra) What ever you do, the band size around your rib cage should be snug, and when you put the bra on, you should lean forward as you go to put the straps over your shoulders, so that the breasts ''fall' into the cups the right way. often times women with large breasts (c cup or above) forget this important part and end up getting a cup size that is too small for them and allow their boobs to actually sag into the cups, which defeats the purpose of supporting them in the first place. You did not mention your age, or if you are still growing, but if so, please remember that you are going to change sizes through out puberty, and even if you are older, sizes change with weight gain or loss, and often times even right before you start your period you may gain up to a cup size temporarily.
I hope this has helped, and i fully understand the struggle, as i am 5 ft 3, 125 pounds and have 36 FF bras....working for the Maidenform Lingerie company really gave me some insite as to the whole bra fitting thing. Let me know if there is any thing you dont understand or need more info on.

Yes, probably. The bra system is a sliding scale, when you change the band size, change the cup size in the apposite direction to get the same basic fit. i.e 32D = 34C = 36B = 38A But, remember this doesn't always work, it depends on the style of bra and the material its made from. Your best bet would be to go for a bra fitting at a lingerie store, or up-scale department store. They will help you find a bra that fits you.

No , the reason your breasts' are falling all over the place is because you don't have on the correct bra size , what I suggest is go to the nearest undergarment store and have a professional help determine the size right for you .
I once thought that I wore a 34 c , but I was having the same problem as you , I went and was sized correctly and i ended up really being a 32 d .

Go to a place where they measure you. Most under garment stores do this for free. I'm not sure where you live, but around here both Fredrick's of Hollywood and Victoria's Secret will do this for you. It's a very common thing for people to where the wrong size and it's a problem that is easily fixed.

Go and get fitted properly. You will look so much better, as well as be more comfortable in a properly fitted bra! You band needs to be smaller-that's for sure. You should not be falling out of anywhere on a bra.

Victorias secret sucks at bra sizing. Go to JcPenney or Nordstrom, or to an actual bra store. You'll be shocked that you probably are not either of the sizes that you think you are.
Hurry..go give those girls a LIFT!

Sounds like the 32 might be better. If you are fallin out the bottom, then the band is not tight enough to offer any support. Go to a lingirie store, or up-scale department store for a fitting.
