There is one website about the Journey, which I can find, and it is a discussion and retelling, not a true translation. Google Journey to the West, and start searching.
Also, there are a few translations in print, and 2 of them are complete and very good.
Monkey: A Folk-Tale of China (1942), an abridged translation by Arthur Waley. For many years, the only translation available in English; But he only translates thirty out of the hundred chapters.
Journey to the West, a complete translation by W. J. F. Jenner published by the Foreign Languages Press in Beijing 1955 (three volumes).
Journey to the West (1977-1983), a complete translation in four volumes by Anthony C. Yu. University of Chicago Press.
All are available on Amazon.Com.

I found it with google book search. The digitalization is not complete, but it should go on and be finished in some time.
At the moment you'd still be better off buying the book.
