i am 12m i had to use the school showers mine so small i am so embrassed but everyone elese has massive ones and hair. i look by accdent andi not gay but mine goes stiff sometimes i get so embbrassed no eles ever goes stiff what should i do next time i have pe and have to have a shower?

learn to hang your towel off the end of it, this will exercise it and also will look good in front of your mates if you can do tricks lol

That is one of the problems with being a starter into puberty. Your penis sort of has a mind of it own. No need to be embarrassed. You have a perfectly normal healthy male body and it is doing its thing. If anyone says anything just give them a whippy comment back. Like " Thanks for noticing." Use a towel to cover you as you go from locker to shower, keep your back to folks while in the shower. Take a slightly cold shower, and just be quick with your shower. As the year goes by your penis will start to behave itself and as you get more mature it will grow, get bigger, etc. Some boys mature early and some mature late. By the time you are 18 you will all be alike. Again your penis getting erect is okay normal and just happens. You are okay.

When I was in high school, this happened to me too. I used to shower with cold water, and that helped most of the time. When it didnt, I kept my towel on as much as I could, or I did a really quick shower after everyone was done. It cost me some tardies, but it saved me having to explain my erections. Dont worry, 12 year olds have trouble controlling their erections. My friends and I used to get erections just sitting around doing math homework, or anything. At least your penis works and it is trying to grow.

First off, all boys during puberty change from tiny to large and from nairless to hairy. While this happens at different times and at different ages it happens. So, you ar ejust a little behind the majority of the guys in yoru shower room. No big deal there at all. Your turn to have a bigger one and hair will come and who knows, you might wind up bigger than any one them.

Second, erections are perfectly normal in locker rooms or other places where naked guys appear. Sure, we all feel embarassed if it happens and the other guys might even tease a little but so what. It is perfectly normal to get erect and no one should ever be embarassed by somethgin that mother nature created for them. Also, you should not put any effort into trying to hide your hard one. To try to hide it does two things - draws aattention to you and your hard one and makes you concentrate on it thus keeping it hard longer.

Best thign to do in the locker room is think of things other than your penis and the other parts down there. Sure they are goign to be visible to others and yes, maybe you will get hard but no one cares and there is no reason at all to even think about it. Keep your mind on another topic such as a project for history class or the math test tomorrow instead of yoru penis. And if neutral subjects don;t work well enough then move to a mental image of the absolutely ugliest person you know - that should make a hard one go soft pretty fast.

As for looking at other guys. To look is perfectly natural and does not in any way indicate you might be gay. All guys look; it is simply human nature to be curious about all sorts of things including how long or fat or hairy the other guys are. So, while it definitely is not polite to stare, it is okay to see what the other boys in the shower room have. And while you are glancing around, I you might even find another guy or two who are still awaiting puberty that you can hang out with to ease your anxiety about not having a big one yet.

So, go ahead and shower and let anyone who wants to look. And feel free to look aroudn the shower room to satisfy curiousity as to what others have. Keep your mind focused on non-penis related things while you are in there and just relax even if you do get hard.

PS I've been known to get hard myself in a locker room and yea, at first it bothered me but once I realized everyone who could see it knew what it was and they had them too, I just ignored it and let them look. And I admit I've looked at a few in the locker room too - both hard and soft, big and tiny, hairy and hairless. But we are all normal guys with normal thingies so what the heck.

Anybody must be pride about one's own sexuality!
We all aren't alike each other and so someone will have a longer penis while your sexual development evidently will start later.
Getting hard is natural and happens to many boys especially in pubblic place.
You have to accept your body as it's now as well as it will be tomorrow!

Brian, please don't be embarassed in front of other guys. they have a dick too, they have balls & they know ***** get hard sometimes - all guys know that guys get stiff sometimes. No reason to be ashamed, EVER !!!
