i think there should be a budget ,how much can you spend with out hurting the purse when you got bills and food to buy.ages make a big difference.younger children maybe 150-300 older children probably more. i had my kids make a list the 1st 5 items would be something they really wanted .if with in reason they usually got every thing they asked for.my older children when were home i spent 1500.oo 4 all 3 now i just have my younger 3yr.old if daddy has his way about 500,my intentions are 200.total christmas will be 2000before it's over with. i will shop sales day after thanks giving to save &spend less. happy holidaysp.s sales u can always get more 4 money.

Spend what you can afford without going into debt.. Focus more on the special things about Christmas that don't cost anything. When they are grown up they won't remember most of the gifts they got anyway, but they will remember helping you decorate the tree or baking special Christmas cookies with you. Toys are only special for a year at most, but memories last a lifetime.

I have a 2yr old and each year we spend $200 on him and that's because he is the only child and we don't buy him alot of toys year round , i try to make Christmas special for him because he is a good kid and believe it $200 its not a lot with the prices of toys out there. if i were you i would spend no more than !50 a picece if there over 3yrs of age . under 3yrs 100. don't go crazy because its so much out there. bake cookies with them and make ginger bread houses on Christmas eve. it helps..merry Christmas..

It depends on the age of the kids - i have 3 boys ages 2,3 & 10 - it is very easy to spend $100 and up on my 10 yr old since he likes video games - but for my younger guys $30 bucks is good - i get one big toy and then lil things from the dollar store.

i think it depends on their ages....

i have two daughters too... ages 8 and 6.... we probably spend around $75 - $100 on each.... Try to get them one big gift and a few other smaller things.... usually about five or six things all together for each kid.... but our girls get a lot of stuff from other relatives too... so if yours don't, you might have to spend more on them...

of course, if they're younger.... they won't know the difference and you could get away with spending even less.... babies don't really know what's going on anyway.... so few small gifts would be fine! They'll like the wrapping paper best anyway...

I think it depends on how old they are - older kids are more interested in more expensive toys - whereas a much younger kid will have just as much fun playing with the box as the toy sometimes!! Perhaps $10 for each year old they are?? But it depends on what budget you have available. Remember, it's the thought that counts!!

It all depends on your budget and their ages. My mom raised 2 twin daughters (which is enough to make someone go crazy). And it also depends on what kind of things they are in. I would suggest buying one main gift and a few little small ones.

2 daughters? It depends. You need to find out what your limit is and go from there.. ask them what they want and get them a few goodies like perfume (depending on how old they are) along with stocking stuffers. : ) Good luck!

It depends solely on your income and what you can afford to spend. "Merry Christmas" ;)
