I don't think this is a word.At least not in my voc. I think you mean "decent." which means acceptable,good enough, kind, obliging. And you do not capt. it unless it is the first word of your sentence.

decent is describing something like ok thats fine
descent is describing going down like going down stairs

"Dissent" means to disagree, "descent" means to go down, e.g. downstairs, downhill, etc.
