It's not free, but I can vouch for the jerky (and all the other products too) of the New Braunfils Smokehouse in New Braunfils, Texas. Try the pork jerky too. Tastes like highly smoked bacon.

Free samples are hard to come by. Some companies will throw samples in the mail if you agree to pay for shipping. I used to offer this but honestly, more so than not, the person requesting these are looking for a hand out and not sampling before purchasing. It just isn't a cost effect method form growing a business.
