Do the sun signs occur to the same sex?

Like If I have a friend of the same sex.....would it still occur to say if i was a libra and he was a virgo and we would be good friends

Any sun sign can be friends with any other. Sun signs do NOT affect friendship.

Virgo is an Earth Sign and Libra is an Air Sign.
They can get on because they are next to each other on the Zodiac

I suppose so, the signs say they are compatable or not compatable with other signs, it shouldn't have much to do with gender...
