Not likely. War is way to profitable to stop just because a certain political party is no longer in rule. History has a way of repeating itself over, and over, and over - from the beginning. Check out the reasons for staying at war. AND Bin Laden's whereabouts and 'not knowing' of such just keeps thing interesting for the politicians. It's like a big game and nobody really wins.
