Its peaceful and relaxing when alone. And its a bonding experience when your with someone. Fishing lowers stress (in most cases) and gives you time to think out problems. This may not hold true in deep sea fishing but, its true when it comes to fresh water fishing.

Different people do it for different reasons. Some do it for food. Some for sport. Some just to pass the time. Fishing can be very relaxing and it can get you in touch with your more primitive side. Though I don't agree with sport fishing, I can understand the addictive excitement of the hook, line and sinker.

Fishing can be commercial, sports or recreational.
Poeple love fishing for the same reason as people enjoy relexing or participate in sports.
The other form of enjoyment come from profits from the venture.

its relaxing , you can get in touch with nature , its quiet peacefull ,and with any luck you get to catch dinner ,now go to a sports store buy your license and a pole go give it a shot you may just find that you also like it there are rivers ,streams ,ponds all over each one is fished a little differently its actually harder then one may think

god knows what are the reasons to go for fishing i will say what if sometimes come when fishes will kill humans.
