Just beat # 5 on the Black List and you'll get the Lamborghini. Here's a tip. You can up grade any car to the level of the car you're at. I upgraded the Mustang so it's just as fast and handles just as well as the #5 Lamborghini. I only used the #5 car for one of the Radar Milestones and the races. I used the Mustang for all the other Milestones right from # 8 to the end. The game tells you right at the beginning that up grading your cars is a good way to make the game easier. Your best up-grades are Tires, Suspension, Wet Shot Nitrous and breaks. Motors and tranny's do little for you.
Remember, it's just a game. Cheat codes and short-cuts will only ruin the game for you. Play the game.
