I don't vote, I make changes myself. These governments are running us into the dirt and chaining all of our limbs. Because you went to the polls and voted for some puppet who could care less about you (ever tried to lobby or speak to a senator or rep about an issue? you would understand if you had) you think you have the right to complain and I don't? Complaining is pointless anyway. Changes need to be made that neither democrat nor republican have the balls to follow through with. We just got over yet another campaign of empty promises. We'll see how much changes. Politicians will still be rich and we will still be poor.
Another thing that many white suburbanites do not understand is the constant struggle for many people to get what they need to survive. Land, bread, and housing for all is what we need. Until we all have liberty and the things we need, I will not stop doing my part. I will not give up and just go vote and feel as though that is enough for the good of my fellow humans.

sure it's their right not to vote and their right to complain.. but the reason people say you can't complain if you don't vote, is because you are voting to put these leaders into office.. if you don't vote, then you don't care and are letting other people make your decisions for you... so if you don't make a decision as to who you want to run this country and you don't make a decision about what you think is better for Americans and your country as a whole.. you shouldn't complain because you have already let everyone else make your decisions for you, you didn't care enough to care... my thoughts anyway

I agree 100%.....people take about their rights and how the always get stepped on...and then don't even take advatage of one of the most important ones.....voting.....
Many say..."My one vote won't make a differance why do it" can you imagine if everyone who said that voted.....that would be thousands of votes per state.....and that would be huge....that could change the out come of the entire election....
FYI...did you know that in IL when Kennedy and Nixon were the candiates.....if one person in each precint would have changed their vote to Nixon, or one more person had came and voted for Nixon....then he would have won the election that year.....
