my husband...?

I have noticed that when my husband has an orgasm, his sperm is no longer existent. In the past, his load was quite large, as he is very well endowed.
Anyone husband have this issue,and should I suggest that he see his doctor yet, or wait?

I wonder how it is that you know his "sperm is no longer existent"? Could you see them before and now you cannot? Ejaculate contains sperm as well as semen, so unless you are viewing it under a microscope, I don't think you can really conclude he has no sperm (do you mean he is not ejaculating anything? Wouldn't he notice this?)

Is it possible that your husband has had a vasectomy? This causes only semen to be released (without sperm) when a man ejaculates...

If it is just the amount of "load" it may be
1. He is dehydrated (this can cause a sticky, lumpy appearance and less ejaculate will be present)

2. If he is reaching orgasm often it is only logical that it would take awhile for the amount to increase again (so if you are having sex more often than you used to it may explain the difference you are detecting).

If you are trying to have a child you should mention it to him, or if you are worried about his health in general, let him know you are worried and would like him to see a doctor.

It is the volume of semen that you are refering to. It is possible for a man to have an orgasm and not ejaculate though if he has never done this in the past it might warrant an examination. It is, however, perfectly normal and many men experience it as a normal occurence. The size of a man's penis and the volume of semen are not at all related. As a man gets older the volume of semen may decrease and orgasms may become weaker. If orgasms are frequent these two facts may also be true. If this is of any concern at all, to either of you, he should see a doctor. There are also many sites on the web can that explain further what I have just said, with sensitivity and concern. Try askmen.com. There is one other possibility. Is there any reason he might tell you he has had an orgasm when he, in fact, has not? Amount of "load" has nothing to do with how well "endowed" a male is. The ejaculate contains microscopic sperm which comes from the testicles and seminal fluid formed in the prostate gland which you cannot see. If he is observing a change in this he needs to be evaluated by a physician, preferable a urologist.

Sometimes that is caused when a man has sex more times a day....But if you feel that it is something wrong than by all means tell him to go and see doctor...or go to www.md.com and look on there

I'd say see the dr,but also could decrease with a lot of activity.When I have multiple orgasms,eventually they are drier.

Everyone is different and sometimes things change. If you are having frequent intercourse, this may be why the quantity of semen is less.

I think with age that is quite normal.
