i'm sure that water would be the best since it is the orrigional substance for floating boats.
but in the other meaning i'd say just talking to a certain friend. talking to my friend makes everything better for the both of us. we bring a smile to eachother's face just by knowing that the other is there for when we need somebody to spill our guts out to. i'm SO blessed with wonderful friends!<3
