it does depend on who has what. it would be boring if everyone had the same things though . working together for the same goals would be best for everyone. all worshipping the same G-D IN the way that This G-D laid down his laws would make things a lot smoother.

Respect. For persons, relationships, and humanity. Both "cultural" and "economic" factors are influenced if not determined by "spiritual" factors. Among more mature souls and their communities, there is respect for elders, respect for spiritual harmony, cooperative rather than competitive economics, investment in education including spiritual and character, forgiveness and understanding of the past, of differences between groups and individuals, and of the learning curve for this process. In immature individuals and structures, there is selfishness, competition, and division that destroys relationships and hinders progress.
Examples: Look at the difference between slavery/colonization, corporate domination of the market using sweatshop labor or unfair competition to wipe out or takeover smaller companies, vs. microcredit loans and business training to develop economies in low-income regions. One system is based on profit and growth for the corporation and its shareholders, while the other system seeks to uplift and invest in independent growth of the community otherwise exploited by outside commercial interests.

You'd better buy a book(s) on the subject & study up for a long time. Your question is way too broad & deep. This is like trying to come up with a solution for everlasting world peace. Good luck.
