Get a tattoo because you want to, not because you think oyu need more attention to your jeans, that's what an a ss is for. If you really want one, get if for a good reason, and get the design that is yours, that matches you and is your decision, and yours alone.Tattoos should be meaningful to you. You souled get a tattoo if you can think of a design; a design that means/symbolizes/expresses you you are, what's important to you, what you love, or what defines you. If you really get a tattoo, get it for a deep, meaningful reason, not for vanity. You can like the look of tattoos without being too vain.
Do research on tattoos. They are painful, expensive, a very delicat issue, a big decision, and most of all; permanent. Tattoos affect your life, your job, your family and image. People are ignorant and judgemental, so if you're not really behind your tattoo, the reactions alone might make you regret it. Your heart and soul should be considered and put into that tattoo.
Find a better real, and think of a personal design, or give up the thought. Be rational, and give tattoos more thought than that.

I have a lower back tattoo, but that is a stupid reason to get one. One day, you know, you might not be able to wear those tight jeans anymore, but you'll still be wearing that tattoo. Or if you plan on having kids, know that a lower back tattoo is likely to get all warped and stretched out. If you're going to get a tattoo, make sure its a tattoo you will want to look at for the rest of your life, even if you aren't wearing tight jeans. It costs a lot more to remove them than to get them, and it hurts just as much.

Great choice! The best kind of tattoo to get on your lower back is indeed a lower back tattoo. I have to agree with BoardingJD's who said that one should not get a tattoo to draw attention to one's tight jeans. Personally, I find the latest nano-tattoos to be the most attractive: they're created using special nano-lasers and the result is a stunning nano-design that can't be seen without a nanoscope. Absolutely gorgeous! The best way to draw attention to your tight jeans, if that is in fact your objective, is to say "Hey! Look at my jeans! See how tight they are? Go ahead, feel 'em!"
