The act of FALLING in love.....means that one is really strongly in love regardless of reasons. No matter how bad one does not want to be in love, one can't choose nor avoid it, nor get away from. He or she FELL under the spell of love and can't get away from it, no matter he or she wants it.
It was like that in medieval times. Still is. The arrow of Cupidon can still shoot you straight into the heart and make you FALL IN LOVE. Amitiés. Salut.

Firstly, do not fall in love, you will fall and mash up your face.
When you are in love with someone it means that you will do just about anything in the world for them. They could hurt you and you will be upset but you will love them no less. The dumb thing about love is that someone doesn't have to love you for you to love them. So you could be in love with this person and they hate you and then they find out you love them and they use you. It really is dumb.
